Avis "Lady Briscoe" Briscoe brings an accomplished background in human resources, federal position classification, and healthcare recruitment to her role as Regional Director of BCW Agency’s Southern Maryland Division through LBW Financial. Retired from her human resources career, she now brings her professional experience and commitment to helping others into a new chapter of leadership.
Her career includes service as an HR Specialist with All Native Group, the Federal Services Division of Ho-Chunk Inc., providing classification services supporting NASA’s Goddard and Kennedy Space Centers. Her federal classification experience also includes work supporting the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Census Bureau — roles that required precision, sound judgment, and an understanding of complex organizational requirements.
Through her recruitment work with OBAN Corporation, Avis helped connect licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, and certified nursing assistants with opportunities at medical facilities on the West Coast. Across these roles, one theme remained consistent: understanding people’s strengths and helping connect them with opportunities to move forward.
As Regional Director of LBW Financial, Lady Briscoe brings that same thoughtful approach to supporting individuals, families, and entrepreneurs. She champions financial education, preparation, and access to resources that help people make informed decisions and build stronger foundations for their futures.
